Terms & Conditions — sar88 Platform Rules

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the sar88 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. sar88 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement across all markets and will request documentary evidence of age at any point during a Member's account lifecycle.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise entitled under applicable local law to access online gaming services of the type offered by sar88.
• You must be registering and acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, trustee, or nominee for any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, director, consultant, or immediate family member of any employee, director, or consultant of sar88 or any of its affiliated service providers and studio partners.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from sar88 or any gaming platform in a manner that would encompass sar88 under applicable responsible gaming standards.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

To access real-money games and sportsbook markets on sar88, you must complete the account registration process accurately and in good faith. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

1. One Account Rule: Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active Account on the sar88 platform. Registering multiple accounts — regardless of the names, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. sar88 will not be liable for errors in payment processing or account management arising from inaccurate registration data.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. You must notify sar88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
4. KYC Verification: sar88 conducts KYC verification as a condition of first withdrawal and periodically thereafter. You must submit valid government-issued identification (KTP or passport) and, where required, proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) within 72 hours of any verification request. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal suspension until documentation is cleared.
5. Account Transfer: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, charge, or otherwise transfer your Account or any interest in it to any other party.

sar88 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the payment methods listed below. All deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider.

Accepted Deposit Methods:

• Bank transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, Bank Danamon
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000 (subject to change at sar88's discretion, with notice posted on the cashier page).
• Deposits must originate from a payment account or bank account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be reversed, net of any applicable reversal fees.
• sar88 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which sar88 accepts no liability.
• sar88 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds where a deposit amount or pattern triggers our internal risk-assessment thresholds.
• Deposits made via methods that are subsequently found to be fraudulent, stolen, or disputed will be reversed and the relevant Account suspended pending investigation.

sar88 processes withdrawal requests to verified Members within the timeframes set out below. All withdrawals are paid in IDR to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's own name.

• Standard bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri): Processed within 5 minutes on average for verified accounts during normal operating hours.
• E-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Processed within 5 minutes on average. Transfer speeds are subject to the recipient e-wallet provider's own processing times.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000.
• Maximum withdrawal: Limits apply per transaction and per 24-hour period. Current limits are published on the cashier page and may vary based on account verification tier and VIP status.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. Subsequent withdrawals may require additional documentation at sar88's discretion.
• Withdrawal methods must match the deposit method used to fund the Account, unless an exception has been approved in writing by sar88 support.
• sar88 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal that triggers our fraud-detection systems. This may extend processing time by up to 48 hours, during which the Member will be notified.
• Bonus funds that have not met their applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable and will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.
• sar88 will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, bank maintenance windows, or Force Majeure events.

sar88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing Members, including welcome deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, free spins, referral rewards, and VIP loyalty programme benefits. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

1. Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying game categories are specified in the individual promotion terms.
2. One Bonus at a Time: Members may hold only one active bonus at any given time, unless the specific promotion explicitly permits stacking. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses without authorisation will result in forfeiture of all but the first claimed bonus.
3. Eligible Games: Certain game types (for example, live dealer table games, certain jackpot slots, or sportsbook accumulators) may contribute at a reduced rate — or not at all — toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
4. Abuse and Collusion: sar88 reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting, matched betting against the house using bonus funds, exploiting pricing errors in the sportsbook, or coordinating with other Members to guarantee outcomes.
5. Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not met within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will automatically expire and be removed from the Member's Account.
6. Withdrawal Before Completion: If a Member chooses to withdraw funds while a bonus is active and the wagering requirement has not been met, sar88 will deduct the outstanding bonus funds and any winnings derived from those bonus funds before processing the withdrawal.
7. Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions: sar88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already validly claimed and in active use, except where required by applicable law or regulatory guidance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sar88 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for any money-laundering, fraud, or other financial crime purpose.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform's pricing, game logic, or payment systems to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not sanctioned by sar88.
• Colluding with other Members to manipulate game outcomes, sportsbook odds, or tournament results.
• Charging back, disputing, or reversing any deposit transaction after using the deposited funds to place wagers.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable local law.
• Sharing login credentials with any third party or allowing another person to operate your Account.

All games available on sar88 — including live casino tables (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger), slot titles, crash games (Aviator, Spribe), and sportsbook markets — are subject to the specific game rules published within each game interface. The following general rules apply across all products:

• RNG Integrity: All non-live-dealer games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for statistical fairness. Results are determined at the moment of game initiation and cannot be influenced by sar88 or the Member after that point.
• Settled Bets: All bets are final once confirmed by the platform. Members may not cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except where a specific game or sportsbook feature (such as cash-out) explicitly provides for early settlement.
• Sportsbook: sar88's sportsbook covers BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, AFF Cup (Piala AFF), and Timnas Indonesia international fixtures, among other markets. Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is accepted. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets are subject to the specific terms published on the sportsbook page.
• Technical Failures: In the event of a technical failure during a live casino session or slot game that prevents the normal conclusion of a round, sar88 will settle the bet based on the information available in the system logs at the time of failure. Where settlement is not possible, the stake will be refunded to the Member's Account.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game and betting market carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, displayed within the game interface or sportsbook betting slip. sar88 reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet at its discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sar88 and its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable to any Member for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, opportunity, data, goodwill, or business, whether direct or indirect, arising from use of the platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, however caused and regardless of the theory of liability.
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, third-party infrastructure failure, or Force Majeure events.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party banks or e-wallet providers, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Losses arising from a Member's failure to secure their account credentials or from unauthorised access that resulted from such failure.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, sar88's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause shall limit sar88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

sar88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Personal data (name, date of birth, address, payment details) is collected for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes only.
• sar88 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with KYC verification partners, payment processors, and game studio providers to the extent necessary to deliver platform services.
• All data is stored on servers protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Access is restricted to authorised personnel operating under confidentiality obligations.

Either party may terminate the membership relationship at any time:

• By the Member: You may close your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon account closure, any real-money balance (net of outstanding bonus obligations) will be refunded to your nominated bank account or e-wallet within 5 business days.
• By sar88: sar88 may suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where closure is required to comply with a legal obligation or regulatory direction.

Upon termination by sar88 for breach, any balance attributable to bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Real-money deposits that are unconnected with any breach will be returned to the Member, unless they are subject to a regulatory hold or third-party dispute process.

Termination of your Account does not affect any rights or obligations that have already accrued prior to the date of termination.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized gaming industry standards and the principles of good faith and fair dealing applicable in the jurisdiction under which sar88 operates.

sar88 makes no representation that the materials or services available on this platform are appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction beyond Indonesia. Members who access the platform from outside Indonesia do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

In the event of a dispute between sar88 and a Member that cannot be resolved through our standard customer support process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.
